We are regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) under the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Our services include the sale, purchase, leasing, and advisory of residential and commercial property in Dubai and the wider UAE market.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

• Accuracy: While we endeavour to keep listings current and accurate, we make no warranty or representation that any information on this Site is complete, accurate, or up to date. Property prices, availability, and specifications may change at any time.
• Renders and visualisations: Computer generated images, artist impressions, and floor plan diagrams are indicative only and may not reflect the final built property.
• Off-plan properties: Information regarding off-plan developments is based on data provided by developers and is subject to change. Completion dates, payment plans, and unit specifications are indicative and may be amended by the developer.

Altitude Real Estate LLC operates under a valid RERA brokerage licence issued by the Dubai Land Department. All agents representing Altitude Real Estate LLC hold current RERA registration and are authorised to conduct real estate transactions in Dubai.

All property transactions facilitated through our brokerage are conducted in accordance with:

• Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 regulating real property registration in the Emirate of Dubai
• Dubai Law No. 9 of 2009 regulating the real estate brokerage profession
• RERA regulations and circulars as issued and updated by the Dubai Land Department
• UAE Federal Law No. 14 of 2018 regarding the Central Bank and Organisation of Financial Institutions and Activities, as applicable

Brokerage commission structures comply with RERA guidelines. A signed Form A (broker-client agreement) is required before Altitude Real Estate LLC represents any seller, and a signed Form B or equivalent is required before representing a buyer or tenant.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, and software, is the property of Altitude Real Estate LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Altitude Real Estate LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any:

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this Site shall not exceed AED 500 (five hundred UAE Dirhams).

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
